Muffin has been my greatest support and cheerleader though these past years. We decided to go on this journey together, and completed it together.
There have been obstacles, and the path has not always been easy, but she has been with me throughout, and our relationship has been strengthened by it. I love her so much.
I wish everyone could read the wonderful "poem" she dedicated to this journey. If you come to our place, we will gladly share it with you...
Are we looking at a future Dr. Meredith? No pressure. Dallin is more interested right now in being a "scientist" as he puts it. When asked specifics, it sounds like being an engineer or architect is what he has in mind.
Fortunately he has a lot of time to decide his career plans. It only took me nearly 38 years to get through with school, so time is on his side.
It's hard to believe that I'm actually done with school...for the last time. After donning the cap and gown 4 times (high school, BS, MS, MD), I'm through with dressing in the robes of the false priesthood.

Following graduation, we went on a scenic "little drive", to the Jemez caldera. Photos of that trip may be seen elsewhere. By the time we returned, we had worked up an appetite, and went to our reservations at the Hyatt Tamaya Resort, where we had dinner at The Corn Maiden. Probably the fanciest dinner I've ever had.
Our dinner party culminated a great day for everyone, and sealed the jouney through this phase of our life as "completed".
